Physical activity can help a person attain physical fitness, which is the capability to perform task in a day without experiencing severe exhaustion or tiredness. Aside from that when you are constantly engaging yourself in physical activity, your capability to cope up with diseases increase significantly, since you have healthy body and a sound mind. It is know also that physical activity can help reduce stress and stimulates the brain in performing other task, making a person more efficient and productive in his day to day lifestyle.
