Length of aluminum strip =

7  1/7 = 50/7

width of aluminum strip =

1 3/7 =10/7

Area of strip =

length x width = 50/7 x 10/7

= 500/49

=10.20

Diameter of circle =

1  3/7= 10/7

Radius of circle =

10/7 x ½ = 10/14

= 5/7

Area of circle = pi r^2

= 22/7 x (5/7)^2

= 1.60 cm2

No. of circles can be cut =

10.20/1.60

= 6.375

So, Nancy can cut 6 full circles
