On the left side of the equation, lets divide 4 with 4/9 first. In order to have result, we need to multiply 4 with the inverted 4/9 so multiply 4 with 9/4.

We will have: 4 * 9/4 = 9

On the other side of the equation we have 4/4 divided with 9. So we have 1 divided with 9 which is equal to 1/9.

9 is not equal to 1/9 so its FALSE.
