You cannot possibly get a wolf to be a pet if you're living in a country with a higher temperature mainly countries in near the equator, since a wolf usually thrives in cold places. Hence if you are living in the colder regions, you must secure a permit in order to own a wolf or to have a wolf as a pet. It is also advised to be very careful in having a wolf as a pet since they are known to be wild predators and not domestic pets.
