For finding the values of h( -1), h(0), and h(4) we replace the value of x by -1,0,4 respectively into the given equation

h(x)=9x^2-4

At x=-1, h(-1)=9(-1)^2-4=9-4=5

At x=0, h(0)=9(0)^2-4=0-4=-4

At x=4,h(4)=9(4)^2-4=9*16-4=144-4=140

h(-1) = h(0) = h(4)

5=-4=140 answer.
