We have,

Slope, m = -5

y = -6

x = -2

We know, slope-intercept form :

y = mx + b

-6 = -5×-2 + b

b = -6 - 10

b = -16

Now, putting values of m and b in slope-intercept formula,  we get

y = -5x  -16

y = -5x - 16
