y = mx + b

We have, (-2,5) 

So, x = -2 and y = 5

And, slope,  m = 2/3

Putting values, we get

5 = 2/3 × (-2) + b

5 = -4/3 + b

5 + 4/3 = b

(15 + 4)/3 = b

19/3 = b

Now, equation in slope intercept form :

y = mx + b

y = 2/3x + 19/3
