1). House Taxes - They go up every single year in my area. Apparently, house values have no limit in the area in which I live because every year the values for homes go up.
2.) Homeowners Insurance- Since the value of my home goes up, homeowners insurance goes up accordingly.
3.) Maintenance- Painting, flooring, roofing, air conditioning, and possible plumbing costs need to be taken into consideration. Remodeling can be pricey!
4.) Yard Work - Mowing, planting shrubs and flowers, and trimming trees also get costly.
