For finding the value of a, b, and c we use the substitution method equations are

 a+b+c+2=0. ………(1)

2a-b+c+5=0……..(2)

3a+2b+c+13=0……….(3)

We first add the equation (1)and (2)

a+b+c+2+2a-b+c+5=0

3a+2c+7=0…….(4)

By adding the equation 2*(2)and (3).

4a-2b+2c+10+7a+2b+c+13=0

7a+3c+23=0…..(5)

By adding the equations 3*(4)and 2 *(5).

12a+6c+28-14a-6c-46=0

-2a-18=0

a=-9……(A)

Putting the value of equation (A) into equation(4)

3*(-9)+2c+7=0

-27+2c+7=0

2c=20

c=10……(B)

Putting the value of equations (A) and (B) into equation(1)

-9+b+10+2=0

b+3=0

b=-3….(C)

a b, c values respectively are -9,10,-3.
