The easiest way to understand standard for imagine you have a very difficult equation like 12345678900000 and anything other so, this is very large number and as well as difficult also. IN the standard form we make this difficult number or equation is simple and easy way and write them into the standard form.

Definition : The proper definition to understand this “ Any number that we can write as a decimal number, between 1.0 and 10.0, multiplied by a power of 10, is said to be in standard form ”

Example : 81 900 000 000 000 is large number now we change this number in a standard form

then first we write the first number that is 8 and put the decimal point after it so : 8.

after count the digits after 8 and there are 13 digits then = 8.19 * 10¹³
