Number of pizza slices = 18
Number of slices with pepperoni = 10
Number of slices with mushrooms = 10
Total = 20
Since, we had only 18 slices of pizza but here 20 toppings has either pepperoni or mushrooms topings which mean some slices has both pepperoni and mushrooms.
So, Number of slices with both pepperoni and mushrooms = 20 - 18
= 2
Hence, 2 slices has both pepperoni and mushrooms
