Uneven distribution of income means that there is a person which receives a higher amount of cash, compared to another person. This may often occur in businesses, and corporations due to the fact that it was already made as a deal that one person will receive more than the other, and it was all agreed under certain terms and conditions. Although, this may not be always the case since there are other people who tend to take extra money as a form of corruption in order to become wealthy and take advantage of the opportunity, hence this act should not be tolerated, and must be taken to action by a higher ranking official.
