So, let the common factor of ratio be x

Then, ratios are 5x : 7x

According to question,

5x + 7x = 60kg

12x = 60 kg

x = 60/12

x = 5 kg

So, 5x = 5 × 5kg = 25 kg

And, 7x = 7 × 5kg = 35kg
