Let s be the speed of car A

Then, speed of car B is s + 15 .

Formula: distance = speed × time

And according to question distance travelled is equal. Thus,

s × 2 = (s+15) × 3/2

4s = 3s + 45

4s - 3s = 45

s = 45

Speed of car A = 45 mph

Then, speed of car B = 45 + 15 = 60 mph

Hence,  speed of car B is 60 mph.
