Then, speed of car B is s + 15 .
Formula: distance = speed × time
And according to question distance travelled is equal. Thus,
s × 2 = (s+15) × 3/2
4s = 3s + 45
4s - 3s = 45
s = 45

Then, speed of car B = 45 + 15 = 60 mph
