Given that -1 is a zero of the polynomial f(z)=5z³+5z²-z-1"

Means: f(-1)= 0

f(z) = 5z³ + 5z² -z -1

f(-1) = 5(-1)³ + 5(-1)² -(-1) -1

f(-1) = 5(-1) + 5(1) +1 -1

f(-1) = -5 +5 +1 -1

f(-1) = 0

It's proved.
