Standard form is ax² + bx + c = 0
Here, a = 1 , b = 0 and c = -36
Formula:
x = -b ± √b² -4ac/2a
Solving using the Quadratic formula
x = -(0) ± √0² - 4(1)(-36)/2×1
= √144/2
= ±12/2
= ±6
Taking positive sign
x = 6
Now, taking negative sign
x = -6
