Not all Americans supported separation of the colonies from England. Loyalists, or Tories, wanted to remain part of the mother country. How do you think these people saw George Washington and the other Founding Fathers? Can somebody give me a quick answer for this?

Loyalists, or Tories, generally viewed George Washington and the Founding Fathers as rebels and traitors because they were leading the movement for independence from the mother country, England. Loyalists believed in maintaining ties with Britain and opposed the revolutionary cause.
