Ever since the beginning of time there are many theories about the creation of the universe, two of which includes the Big Bang theory and the Steady State Theory. Evidences about the Big Bang Theory were found through the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation (CMBR) which is eminent. It is said that the CMBR is the thermal energy that is released during the "Big Bang" and it is spread thinly across the universe. On the other hand, evidences about the Steady State Theory were found due to the existence of active galactic nucleus (quasars) and the difference of expansion rate in the universe as time goes by. Hence, Hoyle and Narlikar, postulated that the universe can change without altering the cosmological principle, nor affecting the beings living in it.
