Formula:

Slope (m) = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

Here, we have

m = 1/4

and points (7,-3) and (h,-1)

x1 = 7 , y1 = -3

x2 = h , y2 = -1

Now, putting values in formula,  we get

1/4 = -1 -(-3)/h-7

1/4 = -1 + 3/h-7

1/4 = 2/h-7

Cross-Multiplying,  we get

h - 7 = 8

h = 8 + 7

h = 15

Hence, value of h is 15.
