We have, 2x+y=15       ….(1)

 and, x+2y= -3               ….(2)

Now, from equation (1)

y = 15 -2x           ….(3)

Now, Substituting value of y in equation (2)

x + 2(15-2x) = -3

x + 30 - 4x = -3

-3x + 30 = -3

-3x = -33

Dividing both sides by -3, we get

-3x/-3 = -33/-3

x = 11

Then, putting value of x in equation (3)

y = 15 -2(11)

y = 15 -22

y = -7

Now, we have to find value of 2x+2y

So, 2(11) + 2(-7)

= 22 -14

= 8

Thus, value of 2x+2y is 8.
