Try working in short bursts instead of trying to sit down and accomplish one task for a long period of time. Besides this, one thing that I can advise for you is to create your own or personal reward system when you want to accomplish a certain task. This will motivate you to work as you have a temporary goal in mind. Your reward for yourself could be anything. Be it exercising, bathroom breaks, food, watching a movie or an anime, listening to music or gaming. Try working for 25 minutes, then reward yourself for it for 5 minutes, then get back to work again. This will accumulate in the long term and will put you closer to finishing your tasks, without the drawback of sitting still for a very long time. If you can't work for 25 minutes, you can try altering the time to what suits you the best. For example, you can try working for 10 minutes, rest for 3-5 minutes, then get back to work. This way, you're working in small increments until the task is finished, and you don't have to be focused for a very long time.

Regarding the second thing, if you feel that you're irritable or uneasy when sitting down, try changing locations, or even try standing up while you're working. Standing may be tiring and awkward but it may help in your case. Morning exercises or yoga may also help as it helps you release or exert all the energy that you have, so you don't feel uneasy when you are just sitting down. Hope this helps.
