We have,

121x²-110x=4

It can be written as

121x² - 110x - 4 = 0

Here, a = 121 , b = -110 and, c = -4

Quadratic formula :

x = (-b±√b² -4ac)/2a

x = -(-110) ± √(-110)² -4(121)(-4)/2×121

x = (110 ± √12100 + 1936)/242

x = 110 ± √14036/242

x = (110 ± 22√29)/242

Taking 22 common,  we get

x = 22(5 ± √29)/11×22

x= 5 ± √29/11
