Global warming is caused by increased atmospheric concentration of CO2 and other green house gases. By increasing the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, people are supercharging the natural greenhouse effect, which casuses global temperature to rise. Greenhouse gases absorbs the solar energy when radiation is reflected back to the atmosphere from earth's surface and increase the earth's temperature.
