Formula :

Probability = favorable outcome/Total outcome

Total boxes = 2

Probability of picking box A = 1/2

Now, number of dark chocolates in box A = 5

 number of milk chocolates in box A = 10

So, total = 5 + 10 = 15

Probability of picking milk chocolate = 10/15

= 2/3

Probability of both events happening = 1 /2 × 2 /3

= 1/3
