Let the smaller angle be x∘

then accordin to question, larger angle = x+44∘

We know that the sum of two supplementary angles is 180∘.

Therefore, x+(x+44)=180∘

⇒2x+44=180

⇒2x=180−44

⇒2x=136

∴x=136/2=68∘

Hence, smaller angle =68∘, and
Larger angle =x+44

                        =68+44

                        =112∘
