and, width = 52 ft
Area of rectangular garden = Length* Width
=26*51
=1326 ft² ..... (1)
surrounding & Bordering garden with a 3 ft path so
Length = 29 ft
Width = 54 ft
Area of rectangular garden with Path = 29*54= 1566 ft² .......(2)
Area of path = equation (2) - equation (1)
= 1566-1326
= 240 ft²
Thus, Area of path is 240 ft².
