A problem at work must be handled in a professional way, not in a way that a person handles its own personal conflict. Although this type of situations may depend on the person, on how he/she perceived his/her emotions when exposed to extreme situations. Thus, we must take note that in having problems at work, it must be then handled professionally, in a way that you are following the correct work ethics, and not violating any constraints or violations.
