A number is randomly selected from {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).

So the total numbers are = 10

In a given set of numbers, the total numbers greater than 7 are=3

Then the probability of  selecting a number greater than 7 is P(A) =3/10 

So the COMPLEMENT of selecting a number greater than 7 will be 

P'(A)=1-P(A)

P'(A)=1-(3/10)

P'(A)=7/10 answer.
