Let the first number be X

Then, 2nd and 3rd number are X + 1 and X + 2

so, X + X + 1 + X + 2 = 1623

3X + 3 = 1623

Subtracting 3 from both sides, we get

 3X + 3 - 3 = 1623 - 3

 3X = 1620

Dividing 3 from both sides, we get

 3X/3 = 1620/3

 X = 540

Hence, first number is 540, 2nd number is 541 and 3rd number is 542
