Cigarettes are known to caused respiratory illness which is severe especially for those who are affected by secondhand smoking. Inhaling the smoke that is emitted by the cigarettes can damage not only the lungs of the smoker, but it will also greatly affect the people around him/her. Prolonge used in cigarettes can cause cancer, and other chronic respiratory illnesses, which if not cured can eventually result in death. Banning the use of cigarettes can save millions of lives, and help developed a smoke free environment in which air is safe to breath.
