Raising taxes may cause risk in struggling cities, since it will deduct a higher amount in the wages of the workers, employees, and even business owner ( sales tax ). This will also affect the goods and commodities that is circulating in the city, since we all know how taxes is a factor of inflation as well. Due to such instance, workers and regular citizens will experience more struggle than what they have before, since the taxes are increased, and so are the goods and commodities.
