For solving the equation can be solved by using this system of equations

 y = 3x^3 - 7x^2 +5……..(1)

 y = 7x^4 + 2x……..(2)

 When two equations are the same we can equal them So the equation (1)=(2)

 3x^3 - 7x^2 + 5 = 7x^4 +2x

Then option (B) is correct.
