The sun supplies energy for the drive of water cycle. When water is heated(solar energy), turns water vapor into gas form. This process is called evaporation. Water molecules in the air as a vapor hit the colder surface of the can and turn into liquid water. This process is called Condensation. When water drops from the sky in the form of rain, snow or hail this process is called precipitation. After it rains or snows, the water from them collects and become parts of the forms bodies of water like lakes, ocean or rivers this process is called collection. And from then, the cycle continues when sun energy heats water bodies and turns them into water vapor. Hence, it is called water cycle.
