The skeletal system is mainly composed of bones in our body. It's major role is to provide a structural support for the body, so that our body can move.  For the movement of the body to be possible, the muscles are attached to the bones with the help of a connective tissue called the tendons . Without anchoring to bones, it is impossible for the muscles to move, therefore a human person will not be able to do any tasks that require movements, and work case scenario is that the body will experience further medical risks.

Bones are classified into five know categories; which are the long bones, short bones, flat bones, sesamoid bones, and irregular bones.
