We have,

2x - 5y = 11 …..1

-2x + 3y = -9 …..2

By elimination method:

Adding equation 1 and 2 , we get

2x -5y -2x + 3y = 11 -9

-2y = 2

y = 2/-2

y = -1

Now, putting value of y in equation 1

2x - 5(-1) = 11

2x + 5 = 11

2x = 11 -5

2x = 6

x = 6/2

x = 3

Hence, solutions of given equations are (3,-1)
