Slope of line, m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

Here, Points are A (10,4) and B (-2,-5)

So, x1 = 10 , y1 = 4

And, x2 = -2 , y2 = -5

Now, putting value in formula,  we get

m =(-5 - 4)/(-2 -10)

m = -9/-12

m = 3/4

 

Hence, slope of line that passes through A (10,4) and B (-2,-5) is 3/4
