Personal hygiene is the act of taking care of one's cleanliness, in order to be free from diseases and other microbial organisms that may cause harm or influence the state of the body. This practice includes taking a bath, brushing the teeth, washing of hands, applying sponge cloth on the body and many more. A person who have a good sense of personal hygiene can feel confident, relaxed and the body feels light, since there is no presence of foul odor or smell from the body, hence the person can interact freely in the social community without the fear of ostracism or criticism.
