Okay in this case we cant compare them because they are not in the same form, so we either turn them into percentage or both in fractions.
In this case i will turn 50% into a fraction so its easier for us to compare.
50% is equal to 50/100 and if we divide the numerator and denominator with 50 we will have ½
so we will compare ⅓ and ½
We know that when we have to compare two fractions and the numerator is the same, the fraction with the smallest denominator is the biggest fraction7
Since 2 < 3 that means that ½ > ⅓
