Eukaryotic Cells contain membrane-bound organelles such as the nucleus, ribosomes, lysosomes, endoplasmis reticulum, smooth ER, rough ER, mitochondria, golgi body, cytoplasm, cholorplast (plant cells), centrioles (animal cells), and etc., whereas prokaryotic cells does not contain any membrane-bound organelles, only the nucleus and some may contain ribosome for protein synthesis.
