We have,

−7x + 3y = 22          …..(1)

 −3x - 4y = −4          …..(2)

Using elimination method:

Multiplying equation by 4 and multiplying equation 2 by 3 we get

-28x + 12y = 88       ….(3)

-9x - 12 y = -12        ….(4)

Now, adding equation 3 and 4, we get

-28x + 12y - 9x - 12y = 88 - 12

 -37x = 76

x = - 76/37

Now, putting value of x in 4, we get

-9(-76/37) -12y = -12

684/37 - 12y = -12

-12y = -12 - 684/37

-12y = (-444 - 684)/37

-12y = -1128/37

y = -1128/37 * (-12)

y = 94/37

Thus, value of x and y are -76/37 and 94/37 respectively.
