Lets try and multiply the numbers with the brackets in order to remove them.

4(x-7)=4x-28

-5(x+6)=-5x-30

So now we have:

4x-28-128=9x-5x-30

4x-156=4x-30

Lets put the variables on one side and the numbers on the other side. Every variable or number that will change sides, will have their sign changed from a + into a - and vice versa.

4x-4x = -30+156

0=126

This equation does not have any values because x cancels itself.
