Let the number be x

According to question, 6 is subtracted from number, so x-6

Now, result is divided by 4, (x-6)/4

Now, result is added to 10 + (x-6)/4

And, now new result is 30

So,

10 + (x-6)/4 = 30

40 + x - 6 = 120

x = 120+6–40

= 86

Thus, the number is 86
