We have,

y = 3x + 5

Standard form :

 Ax + By + C = 0

-3x + y -5 = 0

Slope = -(-3)/1

= 3

Now, we have to find slope of given equations

 6x + 2y = 12

Slope = - 6/2

= -3

 -3x + y = 8

Slope = -(-3)/1

= 3

 3y = 9x

-9x + 3y = 0

Slope = -(-9)/3

= 3

 y = -x

x + y = 0

Slope= -1/1

= -1

Hence, -3x + y = 8 and 3y = 9x are parallel to give equation.
