Slope = - 6/2
= -3
-3x + y = 8

= 3
3y = 9x
-9x + 3y = 0
Slope = -(-9)/3
= 3
y = -x
x + y = 0
Slope= -1/1
= -1
Hence, -3x + y = 8 and 3y = 9x are parallel to give equation.
