Prime numbers between 1 - 10 = 2, 3, 5, 7

So, Favorable outcome = 4

Total outcome = 10

Probability = favorable outcome/Total outcome

= 4/10

= 2/5

Now, without replacement

Favorable outcome = 3

And, Total outcome = 9

Probability = 3/9

= 1 /3

So, probability of picking 2 prime number cards = 2/5 × 1 /3

= 2/15
