The cell is basically what composed all living organisms. There have been many theories and conclusions that were made in the past regarding the concept and idea of what cell really is. Hence, cells are classified into two categories, the eukaryotic cells and the prokaryotic cells. Eukaryotic cells are animals, plants and humans, whereas prokaryotic cells are virus, bacteria, and fungus. Cells are also made up of different parts, the center which is called the nucleus, and it is the one responsible for holding the genetic material or the DNA of the cell, and other membrane-bound organelles such as the ribosomes, cytoplasm, lysosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria, golgi body, cell wall (plant cell), chloroplast (plant cell), centrioles, and etc.
