If you moved to a planet that has the same mass as the earth but twice the diameter, how would your weight be affected?

As we know our weight depends on the gravity. So,

Acceleration due to gravity,   g=GM/R²

 =GM/(D/2)²

 = 4GM/D²

Where,G=Universal gravitational constant

D=Diameter of the Earth

M=mass of the Earth

 R=radious of the Earth

g' = GM/(D/2)²

= GM/D²

=g/4

So, weight of body : = mg = mg'/4

So, weight of body will become 1/4th of Earth.
