In order to find out how many eggs will be laid in one month, we can create a simple ratio. Lets call X the amount of eggs in the end of the month.

If 1 chicken lays 24 eggs a month,

Then 15 chickens will lay x eggs a month.

Cross multiply to find out how many eggs are in the end of the month, 1 times x equal 24 times 15.

x=24*15

x=360 eggs
