To find out, we have to apply phythogoras theorem.  In phythogoras theorem square of biggest side is equal to the sum of square of other two sides. So,

10² = 6² + 8²

100 = 36 + 64

100 = 100

 

Hence, 6,8, and 10 form a right angle triangle.
