We have to find  F(x)= -x³+ 2x-1 on [-2,2]

Now,

F(-2) = -(-2)³ + 2(-2) -1

= -(-8) - 4 -1

= 8 -5

= 3

F(2) = -(2)³ + 2(2) -1

= -8 + 4 -1

= -5

So, value of F(-2) and F(2) are 3 and -5 respectively.
