Formula: 

Distance = √(x2-x1)² + (y2-y1)²

Given points : (-1,3) (3,-4)

So, x1 = -1 , y1 = 3

And, x2 = 3 , y2 = -4

So, distance = √(3-(-1))² + (-4 -3)²

=  √(3 + 1)² + (-7)²

=  √(4)² + 49

=  √16 + 49

=  √65

= 8.06

 

Hence, distance between (-1,3) and (3,-4) is 8.06
